How do I book an Appointment?
Appointments can be made by calling 0466 233 878 or email receptionniyama@gmail.com. You will require a referral from your GP.
Can I use Medicare?
If you have a referral from your GP you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate. All eligible Medicare holders can access rebate for up to ten sessions with a psychologist per year. Rebates are also available for psychiatrist consultations. There will be a gap fee, no bulk-billing services.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment, please inform the practice as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment might incur a cancellation fee.
Private Health Cover
Private insurance may pay part of the costs, though this varies on the provider and type of cover. Please check with your insurance provider prior to booking appointments.
Getting there
The practice is in a quiet, accessible area. Please park at the rear of the property where ample parking is available.
Workcover
If you are under workcover and have been approved to see a psychologist or psychiatrist, you can book an appointment.
